We have just completed a new Pool install with Barrier Reef Pools. I cannot fault their service, excellent communication throughout the process and quality of work was fantastic. From the initial Sales through to the install and handover it was a seamless process. I would absolutely recommend them to new pool buyers.
If you get into any dispute with this contractor, be prepared to lose. We talked with the main guy here, David Simpson and after reviewing various options we picked a pool and signed a contract in 13-Sep-2023 for the pool to start in late Jan 2024 (the earliest that they could give us a spot).
