We are extremely happy with barrier reef pools who installed the pool for us .
Antony and his team at barrier reef Newcastle were so easy to communicate and work with - leading up to the install of our pool. Our install was pushed a month early, which we were happy about and Antony helped us navigate the last stage with ease. Highly recommend!!
Couldn’t recommend enough
I purchased the Brooklyn Pool and Spa in the Alpline White. Overall the process was smooth and seamless with no issues or delays. The pool was set up and installed perfectly. We were very happy with the process, as there was no stress for us and everyone involved made the process so easy for us as first time pool owners. I highly recommend Barrier Reef Pools at Heatherbrae.
Customer service and follow up is poor. The minute you ask a question relating to an issue, you get nothing back. Not even a phone call. Do not recommend at all. You're asking for trouble.
