We have had a great experience with Barrier reef Pools, the salesman and all the office workers have been really good and the installation team was absolutely amazing they worked so hard and were extremely professional and friendly. Turned up there today as they are a registered stockist of Bonita Stone paving. Enquired about having a look at their display and paving options. Avised Bonita Stone have removed the diplay from the premises but was advised there were examples of the pavers throughout the complex. Was given a map to look at that showed were the pavers were located throughout the comples but couldn't male it out due to the small font. Terrible communication from the day deposit paid, supervisor quit the week before install and not replaced and unable to get a handover date confirmed for 2 weeks. Hopefully a 1 star review gets a handover date thanks barrier reef pools
Barrier Reef are the best and we are very happy with the service all the way from sales, installation, customer service and their workmanship. Their communication, even the pool product is very good quality. We got treated like VIP customers and that's just how much I can't thank them enough.
