After 2 years My pool was fading in Colour. I contact BRP only for them to claim this wasn’t their problem.they were absive and rude when I demanded they honour their insurance. I have since set up several quotes from 15-20grand to fix and re line the whole pool. When I mention the problem to the guy giving me a quote he laugh and said nobody is going to stand up to them because they are filthy rich and use stand over tactics. What can i say .Amaizing....From the moment we contacted barrier reef pools Alice was there with us the whole way through.from many many phone calls and site visits to see if we were happy,to constant communication throughout the whole process to make sure it was going as planned. The day of install we had the neighborhood out watching the big install.
