Untrustworthy company and employees who can't maintain the equipment they install or provide any support. Once they get the $$, you are on your own.
Biggest nightmare ever! The Pensacola store. We wish we would've bought a new vehicle instead. Selling our home now. Concrete is cracking, rubber seal is always falling down. A chip in fiberglass, waiting for the coating to peal. Don't get a pool if you don't have a back up generator so when it freezes outside you don't lose sleep, waiting for the power to go out. You'll have to sod your entire back yard when they are done also. And the leaves, always having to clean them out of the pool if you don't get it screened in. Thin... read more
