Engaged Barrier Reef Leisure pools to install our new build as part of a home build. I engaged them before construction commenced to ensure this was an integral part of the overall build process. In any new home build I appreciate there will be issues to be resolved. With the builder and other contractors these issues were well managed. Sadly I can't say the same with Barrier Reef Leisure Pools. Every step of the way was arduous and a 'fight'. My trust was destroyed with excuses and misinformation.
