Absolute horrible service! They installed components on our pool incorrectly, they left pieces broken upon installation of an allegedly never used spa that leaked water from day one. Nearly one year later they still have yet to resolve issues with it. Even now going as far as creating stories of how we likely damaged them. If you're shopping for a pool, look to a more reputable company.
Bought a pool in October 2012 pool is very nice cost $$$$ service has been not very good had problems and took a long time to resolve I would say go somewhere else for a pool.Its a shame since the pools come from Hartsville SC .Maybe one day they will get ti straight.
