After having our telecab installed by another company 8 years ago, we have had nothing but issues the whole time. Service call after service call every year and we were ready to install a new one. The company gave up and said they would no longer provide us service. Then we found Barrier Freedom who came in and provided the best service we have ever received from an accessible company. Make sure to get any work being done in writing. David approached myself to expand his business to the East Coast of Canada. After many months of dropped communications and lack of information or structure had to back out of the venture.

David and Tyson were absolutely amazing!! I had been stranded upstairs in my room for nearly a week because my Sterling Stairlift Minivator 2000 had broken down. I called multiple places and no one was able to service my machine or willing to come out in an emergency. I had been upstairs for a week without proper support from my power chair, and it becoming a safety issue in my home. David and Tyson were lifesavers! David and Tyson saved the day! We had another company install a wheelchair lift a few years ago. We’ve had nothing but problems with the lift. A friend suggested I call Barrier Freedom for service. Incredibly happy I did! This team really went the extra mile to help. They discovered the lift was never installed properly to begin with. They were very meticulous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great people!
