Make sure to get any work being done in writing. David approached myself to expand his business to the East Coast of Canada. After many months of dropped communications and lack of information or structure had to back out of the venture.
David and Tyson were absolutely amazing!! I had been stranded upstairs in my room for nearly a week because my Sterling Stairlift Minivator 2000 had broken down. I called multiple places and no one was able to service my machine or willing to come out in an emergency. David and Tyson saved the day! We had another company install a wheelchair lift a few years ago. We’ve had nothing but problems with the lift. A friend suggested I call Barrier Freedom for service. Incredibly happy I did! This team really went the extra mile to help. They discovered the lift was never installed properly to begin with. They were very meticulous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great people!
