My first experience with Barrier Free was meeting a great sales guy[hope he forgives me for not remembering his name]. He was thorough, knew his product and was friendly[no force sales tactics]. He was able to set up an appointment for me to see a previous customer who purchased the product of my interest. The elevator, needed to go three stories, and be quiet.
