Recently had a stairlift installed by them. Great service. Bill is super nice and answers any questions you might have. The installer Ken was great too. He did a wonderful job and explained the lift to me and made sure I knew how to operate it and maintain it.

Nothing but great experience with this company, BARRIER FREE STAIRLIFT. Bill the owner is a super nice person, he will work with you to make sure all is to your satisfaction … The technician that installed our chair was very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and neat. I would recommend this business to anyone. Had a prior stairlift installed with Lifeway Mobility and it was a total disaster, they charged 215$ for a service call and they were very rude.

After getting the devastating news that my wife had a stroke during surgery. We called Barrier with many questions and Bill Fagan was the right person to call. He was very helpful and definitely knew what we needed . His expertise and professionalism was very comforting. He got the stair lift installed days before my wife was released.
