OUR NEIGHBOR RECENTLY HAD A STAIR LIFT INSTALLED BY THIS COMPANY, SO WE CALLED THEM ANDBILL FAGAN CAME OUT GAVE US AN ESTIMATE WE DECIDED TO GO WITHA A NES STAIR LIFT. KEN WAS OUT TODAY 2/13/2026 AND INSTALLED IT HE WAS VERY F RIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL IT WAS INSTALLED IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS HE EXPLAINED COMPLETE OPERATION AN CARE IT WORKS GREAT LOOKING TO HAVE MANY YEARS OF USE OF THIS STAIR LIFT
Recently had a stairlift installed by them. Great service. Bill is super nice and answers any questions you might have. The installer Ken was great too. He did a wonderful job and explained the lift to me and made sure I knew how to operate it and maintain it.

Nothing but great experience with this company, BARRIER FREE STAIRLIFT. Bill the owner is a super nice person, he will work with you to make sure all is to your satisfaction … The technician that installed our chair was very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and neat. I would recommend this business to anyone. Had a prior stairlift installed with Lifeway Mobility and it was a total disaster, they charged 215$ for a service call and they were very rude.
Bill is a kind human being. He was exactly what we hoped for during this difficult time. And his products are excellent. I highly recommend using this company.
