Run far away from this toxic environment 138th street and cypress is a hell hole the staff allow tenants to take people under age kids out of child care without the parent consent. The case workers don’t do their jobs they released my personal information from my file to another tenant which I was informed that’s a violation of hippa and the staff is still working here smh if we do get good staff they don’t stay for long they always end of leaving.
