I have to give this company 1 star. We bought a house whose previous owner had used Barrier to do work on it. So when we closed on April 8, it seemed like a no-brainer to use Barrier for a punch list of multiple items that was on our home inspection list and some updates we wanted. We reviewed the list with Matt, put down a $3000 deposit on April 8, and waited for him to send someone out. We reached out once a week until he sent Chris out to do an assessment on April 25. Matt provided us a free, personalized educational session on external siding, which was super helpful to give customers knowledge about their options, anticipated costs and timelines. Rapid turn around time on calls and requests.
Amazing company, I've never had this degree of customer service and expertise. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my exterior. Not only is their work high quality, but they take time to really educate you on what the source of the problem is and what your options are to fix it. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Shout out to Matt, he really took care of us.
Awful company to work for. Communication is terrible. They don't care about employees. Every project i was at the customer would always state how they can never reach anyone to discuss there projects. I would not recommend working for this company.
This company likes to run people off the road going AT LEAST 90 mph swerving in and out of traffic
