I had a very disappointing experience with this bus driver-picked bus from (collier at mulcaster) at 3:24 pm on date -10/06/2026). I was traveling with my baby in a stroller, and instead of offering assistance, the driver refused to open the ramp and told me to get off the bus without it. I had to lift and carry the stroller down myself while my baby was inside. The driver’s attitude was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The worst public transit system I’ve ever seen, has now been countless times I’m waiting for a bus that is not actually coming, WE PAY TOO MUCH FOR INCONSISTENT BUSES!!!!!!!
