I had made an appointment with Luke(pre-owned) to drop off my WRX, and I just wanted to mention how great it was dealing with him. Super approachable, friendly, explained the entire process. He then even offer a ride back to work. I would recommend dealing with him and the team anytime.

Was interested in a vehicle I saw online and decided to call in, was routed to B.E (sales). Expressed my interest and talked about pricing - he wanted me to come in. Told him I've been buying cars via email and over the phone since 2000. Anyway, I was supposed to get a call back, never happened - I ended up calling in and spoke with him again.
