Bought 2 vehicles here 18 months ago and the service was very good. Enjoyed every aspect of it. Unfortunately, my crosstrek needs repairs to the brakes at only 22k km, and I have to pay for it. Reasoning was that I live in Barrie in harsh conditions. This will get expensive every 22k km.
Listened to what we wanted in a vehicle, answered our questions, provided an unrushed, comfortable environment, provided a test drive without interruption, clearly outlined the packages to purchase, explained details, communicated clearly about pricing and warranty verbally and in writing. Very smooth process.
Today I picked up a 2018 legacy for Barrie Subaru.. This is the 3rd Subaru I bought from them.. The sale people are top notch. Very helpful. Special the to Jessie and Luke. I'm very satisficed. Bought my crosstrek here. Have been back for servicing and find the service team very helpful and knowledgeable. Compared to other Subaru dealerships and other car dealerships I find the team super friendly and willing to answer questions. I feel that the team is honest and cares about customer service.
