Avoid this dealership at all costs. Purchased a new vehicle from here recently and they never return calls. Feel free to Pull up the most recent lowest google reviews and it will paint the picture on how terrible the management is at this dealership. Embarrassing customer service. Brian is the classic example of a shady sales rep that will lie nonstop for the sake of the sale, also he forces clients to opt in for optional products.

My wife and I stopped by Barrie Subaru on Saturday after our Subaru Crosstrek’s warning lights lit up like a Christmas tree. The gentleman working in the parts department, as well as Chris at the service desk were both excellent at explaining that it was likely from not tightening the gas cap after our last fill up. Chris then went out of his way to hook up our vehicle and determine that their thinking was correct. We were very impressed with their professionalism and ability to solve a problem quickly. Highly recommend.

Bought common wear parts here (CV Boots) and was not told they were “special order”and not refundable trying to return one boot. No verbal disclosure that a common wear item on any other car is “special order” here at Subaru . Nothing on our paperwork fine print either except to state a 20% restocking fee on returns. Enjoy our money Barrie Subaru! Won’t be back for anything else, ever.
