Parts department almost never answers the calls so you have to drive there and it’s not what you call a convenient place to go
We had the best experience with Subaru Innisfil. Christian was amazing with his knowledge about the vehicle that we wanted and able to follow up with us till the end. We highly recommend them and we had a very pleasant experience. (All thanks to Christian for his amazing job)
If I could give a negative number I would ! I had service done on all 3 of my cars in December. The same service on all 3 cars. My Outback developed a ticking sound right after I picked it up. I found out all 6 spark plugs were NOT torqued to spec in fact they were all loose and cylinder 6 was hanging on my a couple threads. The crush washers on the plugs had not been crushed. The right engine mount bolt did not have a retaining nut ! I spent almost $9000 on service for the 3 cars and this is what you get. I do t advise usin... read more
I recently brought my Subaru Crosstrek in for an oil change and brake service, and I had a great experience thanks to Tanvir Mangat. Tanvir was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely polite throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s always reassuring to deal with someone who is both professional and friendly. Excellent customer service like this really makes a difference.
