Only went to make an inquiry with regards to bmw electronic suspension. Met Chris the salesman and had a lengthy chat . Ended up buying a bike. Absolutely wonderful service from him and very knowledgeable about the bikes they sell. Highly recommend Barry Robson BMW

My husband and I have had a number of dealings with this dealership over the years. Whether it's buying something small, or just calling for a bit of advice they have always been exceptional. This is not something that can be said of all dealerships, all dealerships are not created equal.....this one however, is outstanding. Chris and Kevin deserve a mention, fabulous humans. Buying something big is a breeze too.....two new/approved used GS's, we could not be more delighted.
I purchased my r1250 gs from barrie Robson's. Soon as i got there i was welcomed by chris who was really helpful and answered all the questions i asked about the bike .i then asked if i could have the bike delivered on a sunday.chris said the delivery driver doesn’t work Sunday's but i will ask . If not i will deliver the bike my self . So on the only day he has off . He drove 40odd mile to deliver me my bike. top bloke . I would highly recommend barrie Robson's if your looking to buy a new bike👍👍
Went to Barrie Robson's on Saturday to pick up my new bike. Overall service and communication was brilliant from start ( when I was on holiday) to finish. Chris in sales was perfect in every way, polite, informative with great communication and sending me all the details I needed promptly ( even on his day off he replied) Was collected from the train station by Kevin, Thank you .
