I absolutely love Barrie's classes! The different uses of props in her sequences are mind-blowing and I am always excited to discover a new class! Definitely recommend her :)

Barrie is the best Yoga teacher I had ever met. Her profound knowledge of bio-mechanics applied to Yoga, her profound understanding of therapeutics, and her exquisite comprehension of Tantric philosophy mixed with her wonderful humor and loving self, makes her a total complete yoga teacher. Studying with Barrie has been the best experience for my own formation, it has been a gift to learn from such a wonderful, gifted person.

I have had the privilege of having Barrie Risman as a yoga teacher on many occasions and I have repeatedly been enlightened and enriched by the experience. Barrie brings with her a confident knowledge of yogic practice and very generously shares that knowledge on many different platforms. She is very attentive to her students' needs and provides much opportunity for learning.
