Her instructions and sequences will help you get deeper into your your body than you ever thought possible, all in a progressive, bio mechanically safe way that meets you where you are. She brings the same clarity and deep understanding to the yoga philosophy and conveys it in a way that will illuminate your daily life.
I absolutely love Barrie's classes! The different uses of props in her sequences are mind-blowing and I am always excited to discover a new class! Definitely recommend her :)
