Our family has been immensely blessed by this supportive community. Our beautiful Mama had been isolated (by choice) for almost ten years and we grieved the loss of the Mother who raised us. This place is discusting Residents haven’t been changed or cleaned ( hallway). Please go visit and you’ll see
Do not send your loved family members to this facility/retirement home. Dangerous and inconsistent with the care they provide.
grandmother shattered her hip and was brought to this facility, staff were extremely rude to myself and my family. Food was not edible, they could not even cook a hamburger and French fries properly as the burger was raw in the middle and the fries arrived cold as ice. the best part was that staff at this facility stated to our family that my grandmother with a shattered hip had to urinate in a diaper and sit in it for hours on end because the staff would not help her unless she had to do a #2.
