Horrible! We signed a 12 month agreement. My husband and I both called separate times over the span of two months trying to cancel. They continue to charge my credit card and I have to constantly dispute the charge. Good luck getting ahold of them. The number is her personal cell phone and she answers very unprofessionally. Whatever you ask her to do, won't get done so it's pointless calling. Steer clear!
