Antes me atendían muy bien pero estas dos últimas chicas que ha estado ahí nunca pueden hacerme ningún cambio de cheque ni envío. No lo recomiendo son súper groseras, el peor servicio al cliente.
The woman of that shift was just sitting there after her break. Asked if she was gonna attend us, and then she replied with an attitude and moved her “Will be back” sign to another hour. (For context, we were waiting there for about an hour)
I love this new lady! She is very polite and friendly! Does everything in a timely manner!
The lady that was was at the window today 12/11/21 around 2:30 pm was very rude, worst customer service ever. She saw that I was standing there for 5 minutes in line. Didn’t even bother to tell they were doing shift change. She needs to have better people skills and customer service!!!!!
