I called on Boxing Day (it says online they’re open) to book my pup in. The lady that answered and scolded me was incredibly rude, stating they were closed and not open until tomorrow. Every time I’ve called this clinic they’ve been nothing but rude on the phone. Some manners would go a long way in welcoming customers - coming from someone who has managed vet hospitals in the past this IS how you lose a lot of your business.
