They were able to save my poodle in a few hours. No questions asked. Amazing.
I called on Boxing Day (it says online they’re open) to book my pup in. The lady that answered and scolded me was incredibly rude, stating they were closed and not open until tomorrow. Every time I’ve called this clinic they’ve been nothing but rude on the phone. Some manners would go a long way in welcoming customers - coming from someone who has managed vet hospitals in the past this IS how you lose a lot of your business. Awesome place
I came in this morning from out of town for an appointment at 9:30 showed up at 9:20. Got everything paid the ladies in the office. We’re making fun of Another coworker not very professional when you walk in the door. Was asked to wait in our car until the vet arrived. Waited in my car for 30 minutes, went back in and asked when the doctor was going to be ready. I was then informed that he had to go to the hospital. They didn’t know when he was gonna be back.
