Furnace wasn't kicking in so they came and worked on it for just about 2 hours and billed or the 2 hours (fair). He said they could return to add a limit switch and it would take 2 minutes to switch out. Sure enough it took less than 5 minutes and they charged an additional $100. The problem is this didn't fix the furnace! An after hours phone call got my furnace going again as Jonathan talked me and a friend through the trouble-shooting. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The best.
Top notch service, Nathan came out the same day and fixed our old heater that heats our well room. The man worked a miracle since that heater looks worse for wear. From the nice friendly reception lady to Nathan that got the heat going again, we truly appreciate such good service. I highly recommend this place.
They do very precise underground rough-ins. Quality and professional.
Don’t list an after hours emergency number if you aren’t going to answer or even bother to return calls after hours, or during business hours for that matter.
