Dr. Balen is the best! Very thorough and listens to your needs. Wonderful and helpful staff! Sooooo happy with my new glasses!
My boyfriend came in with an emergency and was sent from the hospital , they proceeded to make us wait 35 mins to only be told we would have to wait another hour “or so” , we called westlock eye centre and they squeezed him in within the next 10 mins because legally they are required to if the hospital sends you. Terrible terrible service and it was racially motivated they assumed he was seeking pain medication.
Took two of my kids here for eye exams. Staff and optometrist welcoming and very professional.
Very Friendly, professional and organized. Exams are prompt and thorough. Dr. Rossman is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My new glasses arrived when expected and I received a pleasant call from Andrea giving notification of the arrival. Great experience and I would highly recommend Barrhead Optometry Clinic to everyone.
