Everett helped me purchase my 2021 RAV4, super sincere and not a typical pushy salesman. Came for a test drive and he walked me through all the details and questions. Made sure I was happy before agreeing to anything. I live in Edmonton and they drove the car to my home after being detailed. Would recommend buying from a rural town over the city any day. Never have I been more disgusted with the way you treated my mother!! She is 80, called with a battery issue, they charged the battery, and sent he on her way knowing she was going on a road trip. Parked the car for 24 hrs, battery dead again. Why they didnt suggest to change the battery is beyond me. She also got a recent oil change and they never put the sticker in the window to let her know when the next one needed to be done.

The service and parts team go above and beyond every time. Small town folks with big hearts, making every interaction feel like you are more than just a number. Great work, keep it up.
Shout out to Kevin the Service Manager! Him and his team were able to diagnose and fix all the issues that other Mechanics left us with! Getting the 2006 6.0L (*the family fave) back in tip top shape was a priority and now that its running mint, I have one happy hubs! Thanks Again!
