Best Pho in the city. Really great appetizers too! I live out of town now, and I always keep coming back to BVR every time I’m back in Ottawa.
Huong was informative, friendly, and has given exceptional service. Absolutely a pleasure! Tried the new fried chicken mean. It was good.
The food is under seasoned. Bland. This is probably the worst Asian food I've eaten. And expensive too
