***** Logically, who would send a cancellation email, receive a cancellation confirmation, and then come on the appointment day asking why it was canceled? And even write a review about it? And how can you be so sure it was my email without even checking the name or contact information? Absolutely fantastic service every single time. The staff are friendly, professional, and always accommodating. They make everything easy. We drive 45 minutes from out of town just to come here...that’s how good they are. Dr. Graham has been taking care of my family for years, and we wouldn’t trust anyone else. My husband has a very complex prescription, and Jash, the optometric assistant who helped him, was outstanding—professional, patient, and impressively knowledgeable. He took precise measurements I’d never seen before, assessing things like the distance from the eyelid to lens, and even how my husband drives to ensure the best possible fit. The level of expertise made it feel like money well spent. Highly recommended.
