Gerry helped me out after a minor collision near Woodroffe. Needed accident towing and I was pretty shaken up, but he kept things moving. Handled the insurance billing directly so I didn't have to pay anything upfront, which I honestly didn't know was an option. Would absolutely call them again, hopefully I won't need to, but it's good knowing there's a dependable crew in Ottawa for situations like this.
I had to get my AWD vehicle towed from an underground garage in one of the Longfields condos. I figured it would be a nightmare, but Amado came in with low-clearance gear and handled the whole thing smoothly. Flatbed transport, no marks on the car. Worth every dollar.
Terrible experience and we're seeking legal assistance. Charged us almost $3k and never provided a bill of sale. We have no idea what work was done to justify what we spent. Further, they have manually programmed their Square to not provide receipts. All smells very fishy to me. We are calling a lawyer first thing in the morning.
Too expensive and old guy is rude
I had a really disappointing experience with this service. They charged me $900 to replace the batteries in both my car and SUV and said they had fixed the issue with my car's air conditioning. When I paid in cash, they gave me a lower price, but if I had used a credit card, it would have been $1,130, which makes me wonder if they were trying to avoid declaring taxes.
