We placed a deposit on a vehicle to hold the unit while we had to leave town. Followed up to make arrangements to pick up the unit and was told the unit was sold. They never contacted us! When we arrived they advised they had no other units in that model. Sales manager gets involved and advises he would make things right, just lip service. We then asked for our deposit back and it has been almost 2 months and still no refund. We have advised our credit card company. A total unprofessional team. No issues here. Team is honest and friendly. Faith asked me all the right questions and made the process for trading-in my old vehicle to get into a 2025 model fun! Josh was also great. Not the most honest place. As you would guess from a dealership "we don't have time to safety the car" means there is something big wrong with it. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I was proven right.
