I went for a hearing test a few weeks ago. Sean explained the results, answered my questions, and offered me options. No pressure. I picked a middle-of-the-line model. It was fitted the following week. The world then sounded different, more complete. I could hear and understand conversations much better. Had a Q&A session with Sean two weeks later. All my questions and concerns were addressed completely. I'm very happy with the hearing aids. Highly recommended. Great cost-benefit.
It was a great experience. The staff is excellent, very knowledgeable, and helpful. I absolutely recommend it to everyone who needs a hearing test or a hearing device.
