My favorite barre! I stopped in to take a class and check this place out about a year ago and I've never left. The instructors as well as the ladies who attend classes are amazing; we have a great time together! The classes cater to all levels and body types and you'll notice your results quickly. I'm so glad to have Lara and her team in my life!
"A week without barre is a week wasted." There are special discounts for new clients, so why wouldn't you try it?! But seriously, you'll love it.
Whether you're taking a class or training with a trainer, this gym rocks! So fun, innovative, and clean. This is my happy place.
