We bought a new AC this summer. It randomly shuts off at times that has no real rhyme or reason. $8,500. It kept not working. We called them out almost 4 times. back to look at it, and it still does not work randomly shutting off. I tried to just live with it but its too hot. Now calling a second company to find out what's wrong with it. Great company for Service work, but if you getting an AC installed, proceed with caution.
