Contacted Barrett and spoke to Norbert in customer service.Norbert was extremely helpful and walked me thru various scenarios trying to resolve the problem.The problem was idenified and resolved.It is not too often that you come across a company like Barretts who try help rather than simply use the oppourtunity to get work.Clearly Barrett's, and in particular Norbert, understand what customer service means.I will certainly look to Barreett"s in the future for service or parts.
