Am professional trim carpenter. Installed almost every type of exterior railing. This companies product is garbage and can not even be used for a long stair rail with the railing staying in plane. Source from someone else.

We used their decking for our front porch and steps, which they have now acknowledged was defective and has since been discontinued. The outer laminate is peeling, not a good look. Now we have to have it replaced and they are only offering us a fraction of the initial cost of the materials and they refuse to take responsibility and pay for the cost to replace it. Absolutely horrible, do not waste your money. We wanted to buy Canadian but unfortunately, this company isn't the way to do that. We bought the 2 x 4 privacy screen and slats, and the product is cheap and unusable. If the company cannot be bothered to pre-drill the pilot holes, that should tell you all you need to know. The drill bit they provided for drilling said pilot holes actually broke after making 1 1/2 of the many required holes. Our own drill bit nearly suffered the same fate. $10,000.00 worth of fence at my personal home. Didn't last 10 years and it's all falling apart, oxidizing, fading, warping, cracked pieces. All the stuff you said would never happen to this high quality product.
