One of their machines took my money. E-mailed them three times with no response. Terrible customer service.

I Am Extremely pissed that I ordered something from this machine in the next day. I Ended Up With Two negative balance in my bank account I will not be ordering anything out of those machines because those machines are a rip off
I have been attempting to contact them for over a month over a series of incidents involving their machines they are faulty and do not give change back whatsoever and at times will even not vend drinks then no refunds due to not having change so I inevitably leave the money it’s almost 15 dollars owed to me which isn’t a lot of money it’s a principle that I can’t reach the company they don’t have a service representative and no one has called me back after four weeks it’s just unbelievable..
