Snow plowing in Bothell during this February snowstorms the tranny went out in our truck. We were referred to Barrett and called them on Monday morning. They understood the urgency of getting the truck back up and running and made a trip to Kent to pick up a new tranny. Got the truck to them later than we had hoped on Tuesday due to no tow trucks available. These guys are great! They got me in quickly and I needed it. My husband was driving my Explorer when we had the "big snow storm" and when he went to leave work it wouldn't go anywhere, transmission was done. We had it towed there and we were back on the road 4 days later ( rebuilt transmission). When I drove it, I noticed it was driving different, so I called them and explained what was going on. Got it back in, that same day I went to pick it up, and asked what was wrong. Apparently they had to research it, and spent a whi... read more

Never heard a bad thing about them have a couple of friends that have used them. Must be a great company
Mark and his team were great. Started having issues driving south on the AlCan Highway. Stopped in and they got us in right away. Knowing we weren't from the area, they helped us to find an inexpensive hotel and services to make our unexpected stay a little easier. Great customer service and top notch mechanics.
