RecommendedAll I wanted was a trustworthy shop and Barrett Transmission, by far exceeded my expectations. I was referred to them by another shop to rebuild the rear end on my FJ. Not only did Barrett stay at the lowest end of the estimate, they also completed the work TWO DAYS sooner than I expected. I can't say enough great things about the way this shop does business. Highly recommend.
Took my Jeep in for an inspection after my check engine light went off and O’Reilly’s code reader said it’s internal transmission failure codes. After the inspection the gentleman called me to tell me my worst fears. He was super sympathetic when I got emotional on the phone. When my partner went to pick up the car Barrett never charged me for the inspection and even topped off the transmission fluid at no cost.
Truly an outstanding company! Went above and beyond the job when it came to rebuilding the transmission on my 64! Treated the car as if was their own. Prompt service as well as very reasonable prices for the work performed. Very honorable people. Thanks for a job well done Barrett transmission and will definitely be back again. Best in town!😊

they got me in right away. told me exactly what was wrong with my truck. gave me a quote and stuck with it. They had it done in less than a week and it runs like a dream. I had no idea how bad it was running until I got it back! good job guys thanks a bunch.
I had these guys Build my transmission in my 600 horse Cummins. After 6 years of use and abuse this transmission Is still Holding up like the day I Got it. Rolling burnouts handful of donuts and pulling tons of Trailers. Everybody told me that I would be rebuilding Transmissions quite often. So I'm quite surprised on how long this one has lasted. I will definitely be sending future transmissions to these guys.
