Barrett is no longer in business as of 8/9/24 per Tyler and he is not supporting any of his previous installations. I ran into an issue where 10 of my 40 solar panels are not working due to a installation issue. I recommend finding a reputable and well established company before making your purchase so you don't end up having to pay even more for issues that would normally be covered under warranty.
Worked with Tyler when we got the system and he dealt with the city/county issues well. That was 4 year ago. As of today, I have emailed 4 times, left 2 voicemails and have called several other times to speak to ANYONE about an inverter issue. Crickets. Great at first but one there is a problem I can’t get anything.
The company are crooks. Paid for a service call in October and Tyler refuses to answer emails or return calls. Service after installation is pathetic. Their referral bonus is also not true. A friend had a system put in and Tyler told him that I would receive $500 for the referral. Never happened.
Not sure what any of these 1 star reviews are talking about. I personally had an Enphase system installed 4 months ago and they have reliably worked as advertised even in the snow. Barrett got me a great deal on my system and subcontracted the electrician installed out of emporia who was also great. Enphase would be the only brand I recommend. I have down grade my review last year I reached out to Tyler the owner and let him know my system was putting out half the production. After 6 weeks he finally sent some one out was told a squirrel ate my wire would have to buy a new panel. Reach out to another company to verify the fixed the problem. Reached out to Tyler let him know something was not right he sent a guy that used to install out and he was like I'm new to this side don't know what's going on he said he would do some research and reach back out nothing.
