We just completed an extensive, whole home renovation with Barrett Smith, who was recommended to us by friends. He was great to work with - professional, responsive whenever we reached out, and provided a high-quality team of both his own people and subcontractors. We found him collaborative, too. While replacing rotting deck, found and repaired other water damage. At completion looked better than the original.
We had Barrett construction replace our carpets with engineered hardwood and create a faux fireplace for our electric fireplace and tv. The fellas that worked here were polite, meticulous and excellent workers. Both jobs were beyond our expectations. We are so happy with both projects and would highly recommend this company for any project you need done. It is now a couple of months since completion of our projects. Barrett and his crew were a dream to work with! Very professional, hard working, and great communicators. I really appreciated the extra mile they went to make sure I was satisfied with the results, checked before proceeding with any proposed solution, and they gave solid advice when I wasn’t sure about a design or construction implication. Barrett and his crew did a fantastic job renovating our home several years ago. They were easy to work with, considerate, organized, and professional. We really got the results we wanted and are very happy with the work. The attached photo shows the new opening between the kitchen and dining room, flooring and moulding trim.
