I just want to say a big thank you to everyone at Barrett especially Julia . My trailer got damaged while passing through Virginia last Friday and reached out to Barrett’s and was immediately taken care of via phone, we were able to send pictures and they were able to assess the situation with our trailer, they were very professional and advised that our situation was not something they could handle but was very helpful in getting us the help we needed. Wonderful service Friday evening! Coming home from vacation and ran out of fuel, called and within ten minutes someone delivered us fuel. Absolute lifesaver!!

I had a head gasket issue on my cat 5ek. I called Jimmy and 20 minutes later he had a gasket coming and told me to bring the truck down. The truck ended up needing an inframe done and the front main seal. Jimmy is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and he understands exactly what it takes to get your truck back on the road with no issues. When I left after the work he did, I have had zero leaks, zero issues. If you need something done right the first time, go see Jimmy, he can get you taken care of.
