My father. Had a roof by barrett in done on our family home 10 years ago. I know he had a hard time getting them out here to repair their own work. We lost dad 4 yrs ago and I recently had an estimate done on the roof and saw up close just what barrett roofing had done. Or what they didnt do. The roof by the 3 dormers on the front of the house is leaking. No flashing! Just loads of caulking. So as it turns out they never installed the roofing properly in the first place. Expensive
Charge customers way to much because they have to make payments. Poor communication skills. Still waiting for original quote and someone to come out and repair roof that is bowed up in several places after a full replacement. $150 for 3 pieces of chip board is ridiculous.
