I had a horrible experience with this doctor. My C&P exam was done by this QTC doctor who was unprepared and did not have my new and relevant medical information. He did not document properly and spent time slowly typing while he made me stop talking. Many of my symptoms were not discussed as he rushed out on the hour. I went to Dr Barrett some years ago, and to this day still maintain an ill feeling towards him for the type of care I received. We would meet in 45 minute sessions. Dr. Barrett had a very positive impact a family member who struggled with severe depression and who was originially very resistant to the idea of therapy. He is very caring doctor with a fantastic understanding of how to connect with people who are having trouble connecting with anything outside of their own head because of mental illness.

I had 3 sessions with him, tried 3 different medicines and never felt that he was really trying to make any progress with me. In fact, if I'm honest, he just added more stress to my life. (I wrote him the letter before wh... read more
