As the previous poster claimed, these jokers overcharged me \$400.00. They too insisted I provide lunch & dinner so they could "keep working". They do have the correct equipment and in general, were very careful with my furniture, walls, and floors. The managment needs to get control of their workers, though, as the workers tend to purposely drag things out by hours so that they make more money. Get things in writing up-front (like max \$\$). I am, of course, disputing the \$400 overcharge.
These guys were horrible! They started off promising, showing up 15 minutes early, beginning the pack 5 minutes beforehand, but they proved to be a HUGE disappointment! We had a few stops on our trip and it took them over an hour and 15 minutes to get from one location to the next (these locations only being 3 blocks apart). They claimed traffic.
