I recently had a long distance move with this company. It started out well, but at our destination, I was unpleasantly surprised. The driver, who is in charge of the move, had to hire a shuttle from United to get close to my building. The mover who showed up at my apartment was accompanied by his girlfriend. He asked me if she could use my bathroom. After that, she proceeded to move my furniture with her boyfriend. Since the driver was at the truck, 11 stories down, I felt trapped.
