I cannot recommend Mary Beth highly enough for physical therapy needs. I went through rehab with her after a rotator cuff surgery and she helped me get back to 100% with that shoulder. I’m very demanding of my body with gymnastics and Olympic weight lifting so I was unsure if I’d ever get back to my pre-injury strength and mobility, but we did it!
