Barrett Financial and Joe Spears, the LO I worked with were great. Very communicative and always on the ball. The lender they brokered my loan to, completely awful. The lender kept pushing out the closing for frivolous conditions, that we were basically homeless for the holidays. Joe graciously gave up his home so my family could have a place to stay! That is amazing service! I would recommend Barrett Financial and Joe Spears to anyone, justale sure they don't broker your loan to Bridgewater Financial.
