On January 7, 2019, I went to Mt. Sinai West ER (10th Avenue @ W. 59th Street), complaining of fever, rash, nausea, RACING HEART, and ASTHMA, difficulty breathing. Chameeka Barrett said she was the SUPERVISOR on staff. 1) No one took my vitals. 2) No one did a urine test. 3) No one offered me an HIV or Hep C test (in violation of NY law). In fact, the a vitals machine was not even available in the ER! Someone had to find a cheap drug store thermometer.
