UPSOLD MY ELDERLY MOTHER. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My elderly mother was taken by her assisted living and they completely upsold her. $900 AFTER insurance was the bill I got for blue screen blah blah (she doesnt use a computer).
