Willie Slavin (lead recruiter) is incredibly rude with no attempt at basic customer service skills. Talks over you constantly on the phone and you can hear his rotten, condescending attitude over the phone. CCs random people in your email who have nothing to do with your question just to try and ruin your reputation. Lighten up, dude… act professional.
