Update: BBSI was great...until they weren't. They refused to close the payroll accounts they'd opened for us when our last employee left. The IRS won't let us close them as BBSI directed-3 hours on the phone with the IRS resulted in us having to go back to beg BBSI to do it as the IRS will ONLY allow the entity or person who opened them to close them. Now, we're getting notices from the IRS for payroll taxes even though we do not have employees and did all we could to inform the IRS of this fact. BBSI has completely ignored ... read more
Wow! I just got a "final notice" for not filing payroll tax info. From the IRS. Why?!? Because BBSI in Eugene refuses to close the IRS account they opened for us when we had an employee. The employee has been gone since April 1, 2025. I have emailed and written letters asking them to finish this detail. The IRS will not allow me to do it for my company.
