I was recently hit in a parking lot and went immediately to see Barrett and Jen. They are so professional and efficient and I am so glad I choose their agency. I had been with another agency for years and when they retired, I was unsure where to go. I made the right choice. My questions are always answered, even if I feel they may be something I should know. I'm always made to feel comfortable coming to them for answers. They're both wonderful!
In the last few years we've hit a deer, had 2 cracked windshields, and needed a tow. Every step of the way we have been taken care of and things have been as simple as we could have hoped for. Excellent service
Sometimes life happens and deer are unavoidable. Jen at Barrett Bozovich was more than helpful to answer any questions I had concerning my claim. Unfortunately, with what looked like minimal damage, my new car to me ended up being a total loss. I only had it for 3 months and I'm sadly going to miss it.
