Dr. Blaue is unintentionally hilarious and comcial with his mannerisms and how he treats the other L&D nurses. He delivered 2 of my kids. He kept my kids and wife safe and healthy for both deliveries.
Went in today having concerns with my menstrual, severe pain and to get my first yearly exam. At first, the practice is inviting, the nurses and staff are welcoming and explain things thoroughly. I showed up at 1pm to my 1:30pm appointment. Was not seen until after 2:15. Dr. Blaue comes in, and i tell him i’m having pain.He doesn’t ask where or how long, he gets no background knowledge of what’s going on. I went to see Dr. Blaue in 2024 for extreme pelvic and abdominal pain with hemorrhage during periods which would last 18 to 23 days straight. The bleeding was so severe it caused me to become severely anemic. I told Dr. Blaue my concerns, and he was very dismissive telling me there was nothing wrong with me. He said "Its not Endometriosis " when I told him my mom almost died from stage 4 Endometriosis, and my symptoms are the same. I would be very cautious when considering this practice. I originally went when we first moved here three years ago. I saw Dr. Blaue and found him to be very attentive, taking the time to hear my concerns regarding my family history of ovarian cancer. He referred me to Dr. De la Garza in San Antonio. The next year I saw Dr. Blaue for my annual it was a different experience. He was cold, unfriendly, seemed annoyed and decided not to do a full exam that day.
